Fold over the parchment paper and push the larger flat edge of a cookie sheet into it, wedding the mass onto a long. Stick it in the fridge for about an hour. For Halloween, I had formed it all into a skull which I decorated with icing.
  6. Once it has cooled down, remove the log from the fridge, Peel back the paper, and slice it into discs.

I live in Arizona, so turning on my oven during the summer months is just not an option. Quick and easy snacks are my favorite, and even better if they require no baking!
