- Prepare 1/2 green pepper

Heat olive oil in a large stockpot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Return beef and any accumulated juices to pot with broth and tomatoes. Remove pot from oven and stir carrots and potatoes into stew. Add beef stew sauce ingredients - beef broth, red wine (great for extra flavour, but can be skipped), Worcestershire sauce (savouriness and depth), flour (to thicken) and tomato paste (to thicken + a touch of sour to balance richness).

- Add cooking oil and bring to the heat
- Add the onion and cook until it turns light brown then add one teaspoon of curry powder
- Then add Green pepper and cook for 2 minutes
- Add your Beef with 1 cup of water and cook for 45 minutes
- Add the Beef stock
- Then add the two big potatoes and cook for 5 minutes
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of soup and cook for 45 minutes
